- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give them no stars I would. The allowed a transaction I didn't approve. Upon me going in the bank I filed the paper work with a ban officer to SEE if the would return my money. Too bad the money was to pay for school. Ask for a loan.. Denied. Told them I needed the money from my savings and checking because I had to pay for school the next day... That's when the rude ass bank manager came and said she didn't care what the money was for, and if I did have a direct deposit coming in, in 2 days... For the teller to block my cards and close my account ON THE SPOT. I never seen a bank manager behave like that over someone else's money! Not to add she called the woman who filed my paper work to the cardholder IN MY FACE and told her to shred the forms because she was closing my account. No buenoBy Marie Moseley, October 18, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best bank in Wayne County (and maybe even NC) by far! Always fast, polite, and thorough. Very low employee turnover (that says a lot about any business!)...I recognize them and they recognize me. Anytime I've ever had an issue it has been resolved to my satisfaction promptly.
